“I like the bedroom and the bathroom with spa. I don't know the spa is natural or not but it's really comfortable. And the place is close to the Tsugaike ski field. The host is really nice.”

“Great location. Located 20 meters from the slope so it's good for ski-in/ski-out. The meal plan was a bit expensive (5000 yen per person) but super delicious and generous in terms of portion. Definitely the best meal we had during the trip. There are plenty of small restaurants in the village offering cheaper alternative options. The owner of the ryokan is very nice and friendly. We stayed here 2 years ago and the owner remembered us, even remembered my food restrictions (I am a vegetarian). He offered to pick us up from Happo (the village we stayed the night before), and also gave us a lift to Happo bus terminal which would normally cost 4000 - 500 yen by taxi.”
