“We were scammed by the driver of the hotel car . Reported to a guy at reception, he seemed very non Chalant about it . I got a feeling this was not the first time guests taken to shops were things that are sold for $1 are sold for $100. We thought we were safe with the hotel guy which was more than a regular taxis but were scammed for thousands of dollars We have not heard from Malayan since despite their promise to investigate. I suspect even the guy we reported to at conciege may be part of it ! Shame !”
