“I didnt like anything about thebmelia paulista, i will never ever stay in ant melia hotel ever avain. I had nothing but problems and the hotel is dates and filthy. The door broke on 2 occasions the breakfast is crap. I ordered an omlette and it never came. I orderes clean towels they never came. The hotel is like a 3 or 4 star hotel but with the peice of a 5 star hotel. I recommend you avoid melia paulista. The ques to get a new key or check in are ridiculous. A few of the staff are nice and friendly but the breakfast waiters and the valet parkers are rude and the hotel should really try to find new staff that know how to treat guests. I ended up changong hotels to a 4 star and its much better.”
“It was cold outside during our stay, so I set up the air conditioner to a warm temperature, expecting it to heat up the room, but it did not work. Air conditioner there does not work as heater. Some tv channels had poor picture. With the exception of those small details, everything was great.”
