“A good place to stay especially if you want to be close (but not too close!) to Malioboro Street. Ask for a room that faces the inner courtyard if you don't want to be woken up by the speakers at the nearby mosque. Good breakfast spread. Try the traditional Indonesian juice called Jamu instead of your usual OJ. A great way to jump-start the morning before checking out the temples, the shopping, and the outdoors. The hotel serves two types daily - tumeric and "beras kencur' made fresh and served cold.”

“Hotel lobby and room look like it's been recently revamped, very nice and clean. Room is also big. The garden is also very nice. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel location is walking distance from malioboro, but also reasonable to take becak. Becak and taxi are easily available in front of hotel. Hotel is also walking distance to Bringharjo market, Sop Ayam Pak Min Klaten. ”
