“This is just about as near perfection as you can get. The staff were brilliant especially Vanessa on reception who is a credit to the hotel. Lovely warm welcome and smile, checking in was a pleasure as was the information she gave us on area. The young lady in the breakfast room was so pleasant and efficient and i just cannot fault the breakfast offer, so much choice and superb quality. Where the hotel is situated is 3/4 minutes from the Balcon De Europa but backs on to a quiet street. It was so peaceful at night. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless including the room and bathroom. All modern with lovely bedlinen and towels. Overall one of the best hotels i have stayed in at this price”
“All the staff a lovely and friendly, Vanessa at reception organised taxis for us very efficiently. Bedrooms are clean and functional. Close to all amenities. We're coming back in March 2018 which Vanessa organised a lovely balcony room. Breakfast excellent.”
“Modern room ample storage with small balcony, bathroom with bath and over shower, very comfortable bed and plenty of pillows, Small fridge for your own use, TV with a few English speaking channels, Ideal location for everything, very nice staff and a good breakfast for a small hotel which suited all nationalities. Room was quiet possibly because it wasn't facing the main plaza. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.”
