“Helpfull staff . Prompt check in and check out . Upgraded my room on check in. Most had limited English except front desk but ensured any question I had was addressed . Plenty of friendly security and house keeping . The hotel had some foreign staff doing a international hospitality course connected with the hotel. They went the extra mile to assist me with taxi's and gave accurate advice re nightlife . In particular Rebecca Hilder ( Germany ) and Prawash ( Nepal ). The breakfast was good , fairly standard hotel fair . Good local food within a short walk and subway not too far away ..”
