“Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. Location is close to everything and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The facilities were modern and very comfortable. Wifi worked well and our room was quiet at night despite being off of the main street. The train station was like a 7 minute walk from the hotel which was great for when we were ready to head to our next destination. Hotel stored our luggage with no problem and we would totally stay here again. The room was very spacious!”

“Great location...very close to the main train station and walking distance to the Duomo. A proper hotel with all the amenities one would expect. Decent size room with large bathroom. Very surprised about the size of the bathroom. Traveller from USA will feel very comfortable in this room and especially the bathroom. Also, it had modern furniture. The reception staff were helpful but could have been more friendlier. They were not rude but were not too welcoming either. The bartender in the bar next to the reception was really bad...in fact, I wanted to punch him in the face. The courtyard next to reception was also nice to sit and have a drink or two. The best thing at this hotel? The room and the bathroom. Very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was included but we missed it so cannot comment on that.”
