“Staff were very very very helpful; polite and professional. Rooms were clean and well appointed. I cannot emphasise on how impressed I was with the service by housekeeping - extra towels, and a very slick clean of the apartment; concierge - helpful and cheerful; and front of house - gave me access to scanners and the nice touch as sending documents personally back to my room. I am definitely coming back and strongly recommend the Mercure, Palmmeadows to any traveller - family; singles; couples etc.”
“Well, our beds were comfy. A woman of the bar staff was really lovely (if you ever see this, you're wonderful!) The gym was convenient and the force from the shower heads in the bathroom were perfect. A lot more milk tubs are stacked in the fridge than any other hotel and resort I've stayed at so that was a nice surprise plus the balcony was very safe for my little bub to waltz around on.”

Such a lovely person who left my room immaculate, was such a pleasure to see her smiling face each morning and have a quick chat with. She is an absolute asset to your hotel. Fantastic room and lovely resort, will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.”

“The vibe is tidy and welcoming but not very exciting and it is obvious that "playing it safe" is a priority here. The staff obviously enjoy working here and are happy, friendly and professional. The entirety of the resort grounds and facilities provided are well maintained. The breakfast buffet definitely helps redeem the resorts otherwise mediocre performance by offering an outstanding variety of foods to help you start the day.”
