“Good size clean room with all our required amenities.”
“Rooms of high standard. Beds very good. BBC World news TV. Coffee/tea maker in room. Garage very expensive - breakfast bit expensive but very good with varied selection.Good value for very healthy eaters?”
“The location is excellent as it is right on the beach. The staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable. You get free still mineral water as standard. We had a partial view of the sea.”
“Very good location as long as you can climb a hill! Good breakfast with excellent coffee.”
“The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good”
“Excellent position, especially view from dining room. Very clean and comfortable. Very soft water. Parking was both essential and challenging - it's underground with tight turns, although the bays themselves are generous. Exiting the carpark required patience and care; and then driving to and from the hotel is equally tricky given the one way system and the hairpin bends. A longer or taller car car than our Peugeot 3008 might well have had difficulty.”
“Excellent location and a balcony with a view to the bay and the tidal waters. Newly restored rooms and best bed ever in a hotel! Direct access to the Beach from the basement. Delicious breakfast both a stunning view to the sea. Restaurants nearby if you wish to enjoy local seafood or other meals outside the hotel.”
“The local area and old town. Local restaurants - choice and prices all reasonable.”
“Location with views over coast. Easy walking distance to main attractions. Convenient stop over before taking ferry.”
“The location of the hotel is excellent in the centre of Granville and with stunning views of the sea. The room was comfortable, modern and nicely decorated and had all the facilities one needs, including a coffee/tea maker. The balcony was also a good feature. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of foods (especially if you are not focused on fibres) and the pancakes were particularly popular with our little group. Very friendly staff. Watching the high and low tide was fascinating!”
