I had small issue were i asked for a bottle opener & 2 glasses for some wine but staff could not get us this which is a bit disappointing for this standard of hotel. We had 3 nights booked & asked if we could get 1 more night at a discounted price but the staff member would only discount by 10euros!! Again slightly disappointed but other than that all was good.”
