“Very helpful staff, nothing was ever too much trouble. The car parking was a little bit confusing, made a little bit confusing for visitors like us who are not French speaking. The car parking is in a multi level building with reserved areas for the hotel customers, instructions on the hotel information page would have made the parking a lot easier, however the hotel staff were really helpful and therefore made the problem go away.”
