“We had a fabulous 5 night stay here! The staff were wonderful - extremely friendly & couldn't do more for us. They helped me arrange a surprise birthday celebration for my partner and accommodated us so well. On the morning of the birthday our room was beautifully decorated and a personalised Happy Birthday message was spelled out on the bed with fresh flowers. The hotel feels very luxurious and we were extremely happy with our room. The location is perfect if you want a quieter stay (South Chaweng) so there aren't any noisy clubs nearby, however it's still only a 10 minute walk if you do fancy a night of livelier clubs and bars. The beach is literally a few minutes walk away but unfortunately we didn't get much nice weather during our stay so didn't use it much (rainy season is November!) The hotel has a lovely pool which we used and the bar staff are super friendly. All in all a lovely stay and we will be sure to return in future!”
“The staff was very helpful, and courteous. The sea-facing room is the best one can ask for. You look out and you feel you are on the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable. In love with the property and it has got a very beautiful feel to it. Don't book any other place other than Chura Samui when in Samui !”

“The hotel is dark, including the bedrooms very difficult to see in such gloomy rooms. Can't see in the bathroom to put on makeup!! The staff in the hotel try too hard falling over themselves to help but at the same time getting in the way. Arguing over the cooking of eggs!! At the beach we had food which was very nice and served at the sun beds but the plates weren't moved all day, they clear nothing till the end of the day, and charge service charge for us tidying up!! Such a shame”
