“The service was excellent and the hotel facilities surpassed my expectations considering the price. The kids loved having a swim and I really enjoyed the sauna & stream room. As it was Easter weekend our children were even given eggs! The location i s good for the Snow Centre (10 mins drive away) and we visited the beautiful Cliveden gardens on our way back down the M4 (20-30 mins away). A really enjoyable night's stay.”
“The Standard twin room was spacious with comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, TV and a large bathroom with a bath/shower over. There isn't a 'mini bar'/ fridge in the room which I believe was listed. There's a large car park and free Wi-Fi. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on that. Check-in and Check-out went smoothly, all the staff members were cheerful, friendly and very polite.”

“Excellent breakfast and waiting staff, fantastic wet room. However I booked a superior double for my boyfriend and I but was told as they only had one wet room for disabled people it came with twin beds. Cleaning staff were lovely, as was a man behind reception who offered to go to the petrol station to get me some Lucozade as I am diabetic and had low blood sugar. Quiet room at night.”
