“First of all , I would like to thank the staff of Mermaid hôtel & club. We travelled all the way from Mauritius with 2 stops in Bangalore and Chennai. Our first plane was 12hours late and instead of checking at 2pm in the hotel we arrived at 2am after driving for 2 hours from Colombo , with 2 exhausted kids . We are a family of 5 2 adults , 2 kids and my mother who is traveling with us . We were all very tired of the flights , the long road , considering it is our first visit in Sri Lanka. Thanks to the amazing staff of the hôtel , in 10 mins we had checked in our bedrooms, had showered and were in bed . The next morning we woke up to another set of amazing staff , the breakfast was very copious and wide selection of foods . Sad our stay was too short .”
“Sport center was perfect with kind and friendly staff. Also I like to mention about good architecture and design. Totally staff liked to speak with you about every thing, it creates a good atmosphere in hotel when we were there. Finally main restaurant, buffet and bar were good with kind staff”
