“The staff was awesome especially Trevor and Summer. Loved the late night cookies that Trevor made for guests! :) There did seem to be an issue with towels with the housekeeper, they were kinda stingy with them. I told the maid one day that my room was fine and could she just change out my towels for clean ones and she said she didn't have any. That stumped me, a maid with no towels made no sense to me. The ice machine was broken on my floor the whole time I was there, nearly a week, that was inconvenient for me, to have to go upstairs or downstairs every day for ice. But otherwise I was comfortable and felt safe there by myself for nearly a week and I will book there again as it is a great location to visit my family close by.”
