“Our room was by outside door AND was so loud all evening waking us up too long for 2 night stay....really need to correct situation. VERY IMPORTANT, WE LIKED MATRESS AND TOOK A CLOSER LOOK. IT WAS STAINED WITH URINE. WE WERE SO GROSSED OUT. THE STAFF CHANGES SHEETS EVERY DAY, AND THEY KNOW THIS YET DO NOT REPLACE. OUR LAST VIST OCTOBER THE SHEETS HAD BLOOD STAINS....THIS IS TOO NASTY. “This is a clean, comfortable, basic, fairly new hotel. I have stayed here before. Jasper lacks accommodations, so this is a very nice choice. The staff was helpful and friendly - so helpful with weather info that I decided to leave right after checking in due to threats of severe weather approaching. I had to be back in Atlanta the following day and I was afraid that I would not be able to safely return the next morning. A disappointment, but a wise decision.”
