“Excellent customer service by the staff. Responsive, efficient and helpful. Hotel is quiet at night. I like the layout of the rooms and the bathroom, very efficient.”

“I love staying with Mictrotel. The rooms are decent and I feel safer having inside access to rooms. Outside noise is rare, because it's far enough away from the freeway that you don't hear the traffic. When I checked in, I was given a room that wasn't ready yet. I called directly to the desk from that room, and she moved me downstairs immediately which had two queens because there were no more single queens left in the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise seeing a pool on the premises and will be sure to pack my swim suit next time I stay and I will stay again. Although, they really need to fix the carpet (huge hole near the desk) in room 204 the one that wasn't ready yet.”

“This was the first time I have stayed at a Microtel facility. I have seen them on my drives from Omaha NE to Florida each year. I travel with my dog and it can be difficult to find a "pet friendly" facility. The building was beautiful and the room was stylish, clean, modern and quiet. Sometimes when I have checked into a "pet friendly" hotel I feel like I am given the worst room possible. Not so with Microtel!! The room was wonderful. The staff at the front desk was warm and friendly. I have already recommended Microtel to several people. I am sure that I will stay at them in the future. Thanks for being such a wonderful facility.”

“No variety...same breakfast everyday but was ok. Rooms are very small especially for price. Took me a night to adjust. Very clean and quiet and great access to fairground and local business. Would stay again.”
