“Manager was super helpful when our reservation could not be found even though I showed them a live confirmation screen from Booking.com. Manager was very welcoming and gave us a great discount for our inconvenience. Talked to the manager again the following morning and they had finally found our reservation. Problem was due to a connection problem with Booking.com. Luckily the manager was around when we checked in since the front desk clerk did not know what to do with us and wanted to phone a sister hotel. Nice breakfast of eggs and bacon. Great wifi and air conditioning. Very clean.”
“The location is excellent, right on the edge of town close to most everything but away from busy traffic. Room was well kept and clean. One item we really like about Microtel is the window bench. It serves two great purposes- the kids love to sleep there, and it works great as a suitcase stand.”
