“Nothing. It was difficult to find. Staff not at all helpful. They had incorrect details about the length of my stay. I was not informed of the process for breakfast. I was just shown to the dining area and left. It was a help yourself cooked breakfast but it was all cold. There was no heating in the bedroom and it was freezing. I had to sleep in my day clothes to keep warm. The room was a long way from the parking area and it was raining torrentially so I got soaked. The room was not particularly clean and there were a number of spiders around the room. All in all a terrible experience. I would not stay there for free let alone pay for another stay.”
