“Booked 2 triple bed room and 1 double bed room, but because some defect in the triple bed room, we got upgraded to 4 double bed room. What really impress me is to get a call from Midori hotel just after we drove into Johor around 10.30am about the room change when we are supposed to check in after 2pm. Two thumbs up for that level of service attention. Lastly, the reception and housekeeping staff is very polite, professional and helpful. The facilities is new and modern, a stark contrast to many other neighboring hotels. 5 minutes walk to Austin water theme park. Great for family with kids. My family enjoyed the stay.”
