“The set-up of the room was very efficient for use of space. The decor was along a theme for the whole property. The blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in later because we were worn out. The bed was fairly comfortable too.”

“Besides having everything we wanted in a hotel, I appreciated the historic commentary, present in the booklets in the lobby and the information provided in the room. Our room had a historic photo of a Native American chief, one of many taken by L.A. Huffman, a 19th century photographer who chronicled the West. Much of the furniture in lobby is also handmade by a relative of one of the current owners of the hotel. Buildings associated with the original mill are next door to the hotel. Thanks for a wonderful stay.”
