He also checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything - we felt very well taken care of. The hotel is right on a nature trail that allows for great walking in the area and easily takes you to the ocean side. The local bus stopped right outside the hotel - it was very clean and easy to use - made for very inexpensive travel in and out of town - even well into the evening. Our room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the balcony with a view to the ocean as well.”

“A family business and a way of life for the owners. They take really good care of their guests going an extra mile and a half every time. There are only 8 rooms, and they go by names, not numbers. Which is a nice touch. Family friendly. Invisible ninja housekeeping. Free laundry service. Great views. Free tea and coffee downstairs. Great breakfast. Though advertised as simple, it was very satisfying. Fresh fruit, eggs, cereal, milk, toast, jam, very good orange juice. Located a couple of miles away from all the touristy spots and across the street from Yerae park. 15-minute walk from a rocky beach and some really cool lava formations.”
