“壁紙剝落，牆壁滲水發霉，浴室漏水，浴室沒有排風機，浴缸表面居然採用抿石子，坐了屁股痛。房內有霉味，棉被有霉味且不透氣，睡了會悶熱到醒過來。早餐也是乏善可陳。”
