“Right from arrival everything was just PERFECT... We were upgraded to a fabulous room with its own private terrace/garden. The room was stylishly decorated (thank you Tom Dixon) and had everything you could possibly want/need. The bed was super-comfy and the bath products were delightful. Great breakfast! As for every single member of staff - so incredibly helpful and friendly and NOT grovelly... So all in all an exceptional first experience and we certainly plan to come back. So 10 out of 10 in every respect. Many thanks :)”
