- Please note that this hotel has no lift.<br><br>The card used for booking will be pre-authorised on the day of the booking for the first night of your stay. This card will be charged in the event of non-arrival or late cancellation.<br><br>In order to avoid a late cancellation charge please be advised that the property requires 48 hours’ notice before 12 noon (London time) prior to arrival.<br>If the duration of your reservation is from 1 to 5 nights, this is equivalent to 1 night's accommodation charges.<br>If the duration of your reservation is for 6 nights or over, this is equivalent to 2 nights’ accommodation charges. Guaranteed reservations will be held until 12 noon the following day.<br><br>20% non-refundable deposit for reservations of 6 nights or more will be charged at the time of the booking.<br><br>In case of an early check-out when notifying the hotel less than 1 day 12 noon prior to the new check out date one additional night will be charged at the average room rate of the original booking.<br><br>Please note, extra beds are subject to availability and available at GBP 30/person/night rate. The hotel has 3 extra beds available in total.

We had comfortable beds and a nice cool room - thanks to great air conditioning. The fruit, biscuits (cookies) and water/tea/coffee were appreciated greatly! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating... especially Viola and Dario ( who made me a ham sandwich at midnight and brought it to my room). We can't say enough good things about this smal, comfortable gem of a hotel!!!”
