“Moose & Suites is just so excellent in everything, starts from service enquiries, friendliness of the staff to the food, facilities available in this hotel. We stayed in one beded room with 2 queen beds & 1 sofa bed for our family of five. The room is clean & comfy with the firewood place on during our winter stay here. We do enjoyed the hosting, board games provided as well. This hotel provided us a seamless service as we got all our tours tickets, ski lifts tickets& ski equipments booked from other agency to get all of them delivered to this hotel. The hotel is well situated & only a stone away to all amenities & banff city shops. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone if you wish to get all things sort out before your arrival & need no to worry about a thing during your stay.”

“This hotel is perfectly located close to everything in Banff, with easy to access underground parking. The hotel was modern rustic, with a stunning firplace and sitting area. The staff were friendly, polite and eager to help. The dual rooftop hot tubs, fire pit sitting area and sauna were awesome. The workout/ gym facilities were one of the better that I have seen in smaller hotels. Clean and comfortable.”
