- The public hot-spring bath is available from 15:00 to 00:00 and from 05:00 to 09:30.<br><br>Please be informed that this is a non-smoking property.<br><br>Guests are required to contact the property at least 3 days prior to the check-in date, to confirm your reservation. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.<br><br><Local Information><br>Abashiri (around a 90-minute drive from the property) city offers a tour course every year from late January to early March, where guests can board the ice breaker Aurora and experience a ride across drift ice. The property does not carry out reservations for the tour, however.<br><br><Traffic Information><br>Please note, Route 588 is partially suspended and you cannot drive to Teshikaga through Tsubetsu Pass.<p>Please inform Moritsubetsu in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.</p><p>Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.</p><p>Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. “이 숙소를 예약하기 전에 다른 분들의 후기를 미리 보았고, 숙소 찾아가는 길이 걱정되서 예약 진행하면서 숙소에 미리 전화 했어요. 제가 영어랑 일본어 막 섞어가면서 횡설수설 말하는데도 전화받은 호텔 직원분 모두 정말 한분도 빠짐없어 매우 친절하게 또한 제가 최대한 알아듣기 쉽게 짜증한번 내지 않으시고 차분하게 숙소까지 오는 길을 설명 해주시더라고요. (적당히 영어 구사할 줄 아는 직원분 있으니, 영어로 얘기하고싶다고 말하셔도 됩니다.^^) 도착해서도 오는길이 불편하지 않았냐, 고생했다.. 하시면서 걱정과 격려도 아끼지 않았습니다. 일하는 직원분들 모두 정말 친절했고, 감동이었습니다. 석식과 조식 먹는 식당에서 보이는 숙소 뒤의 정원이 소박하지만 매우 아름다웠습니다. 마치 작은 요정과 동물이 함께 살고 있는 마을 같은 느낌이었어요. 아빠와 함께 여행중이었는데, 아침에 일어나 숙소주변 산책 갔을때도 아빠랑 계속 숙소 주변의 숲이 정말로 아름답다면서 계속 감탄했었습니다. 조식, 석식 모두 맛있었고, 일본 사케 추천해주신 것도 맛있게 잘 마셨습니다. (제일 좋았던건 석식 후 디저트로 나왔던 커피와 유럽스타일 커스터드 푸딩이었습니다. 어릴때 할머니가 만들어주신 딱 그 맛이 생각나서 눈물이 날 정도였어요.) 1층에 있었던 대욕장, 노천탕의 온천물은 정말 좋았어요. 목욕탕이나 온천이 답답해서 별로 즐기지 않는 아버지께서도 물이 정말로 좋다 하시면서 몇번이나 즐기셨답니다. 방 크기, 청결도도 매우 좋았고, 방안의 욕실도 생각보다 작지 않고 좋았어요. 각 층의 엘리베이터 앞에 여러종류의 샴푸와 컨디셔너들을 대욕장가서 사용할 수 있게 작은 용기와 함께 진열해놓은 작은 배려도 아주 좋았습니다. 대체적으로 매우 만족스러웠던 숙소였어요.^^*”
