“Friendly, helpful staff. Very modern hotel in a convenient location next to Vienna Westbahnhof. Airport shuttle buses start from the square outside the hotel. Short walk to U-Bahn and tram stops. Very comfortable large bed, I slept extremely well. Lower numbered rooms are nearer the lifts. The lifts were very responsive and open planned. Excellent buffet breakfast which was well organised. Notices wre displayed in the lifts the previous evening advising customers if and when there would be peak times when congestion might be expected. Service in the bar was very good at reasonable prices. This was my second visit, hope to return next year”
