“The staff was exceptionally kind, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered SIM cards from a cell phone carrier ahead of time. The company mailed them to the hotel ahead of time, and the staff held them for us. We do not speak Spanish and this was our first night in Spain. They helped us learn about practical issues, such as how to use the parking meters and gave us directions to attractions via walking or bus, etc. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wifi worked perfectly. The staff is A+++ Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!”
