“Housekeeping team was awesome. They did an excellent job in cleaning and topping up the toiletries throughout our 7 days stay. The hotel provided Borgese toiletries, love the lemongrass fragrance. There is a unlimited international and local handphone to use and surf. The bell boys service attitude is excellent too. I love how the staff greeted each other in the morning, no matter what position they hold. They are polite.Love the room, lounge, big TV, digitised room controller . Area is big as compared to the rooms I stayed in other hotels. The overall feel is luxury. Worth the money because of the customer service that they provided. It is not a new hotel but I feel the interior of the hotel and room is updated and feels luxury in my opinion. ”

“It's nice having a Starbucks downstairs for an early morning coffee. Staff are very helpful and willing to help. I had a few items delivered whilst out and they put notifications under my door each time to let me know it was there. Rooms are always well-cleaned and re-stocked.”
“We booked this hotel after we got to a horrible hostel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Super clean, close to metro and parks. Even tho it was on Nathan Road we still were not bothered by the traffic. LOVED having Starbucks next to the reception. Easy check out, and gorgeous facilities.”
