“the hotel is not bad, but service is terrible, we booked two rooms but when we arrived late in the night we are told only one room avilable, we ask the staff to fix it but he let us waiting in lobby not action at all, seems doesn't care if we stay or not, half hour later we asked the staff he brought us to a neighbour hotel, which is far below the room level we reserved...fairly speeking without all these bad service the room itself is pretty good value for money”

“We arrived in the hotel at 8pm and there was no option for us to have food in the hotel. We were told that there were a number of restaurants to eat in on the main road by the hotel but when we walked down there was no where open and had to go to the supermarket. In the morning there was no breakfast on offer at 7am which was disappointing as it stated that it was included.”
“We arrived very late from our flight in which was delayed and they were so accommodating even though it was at 2:00am in the morning. The room they had left for us was a family sized room which was very very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and we had a great sized balcony. Would highly recommend.”

“It is just ok for 1 night stay. Very close to the airport. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Wifi was ok. Actually nothing to complain about. It is great for a night or 2 before your flight. There is a supermarket close to the hotel, and there is a restaurant the makes a very good fried noodles which is few steps away from the hotel.”
