“The room was clean, nice and warm. The bed was comfortable, with clean sheets. The bathroom was small but always clean, with a large shower. Nice and accommodating staff who could understand and speak English. Highly convenient position: it takes only 2 minutes walking from the metro station "Place d'Italie".”

“The location was perfect. A quiet residential street. The front desk staff were helpful and spoke good English. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower (although the usual european, very small type) was spotlessly clean, with good pressure and plenty of hot water.”

A plus is the subway and a large shopping complex. The hotel is not accessible to people with disabilities. Neither the subway. However, I am pleased with the 4 nights spent in this hotel.”

Plus, this is a building with some history. The former prime minister of China, Zhou Enlai stayed in this building for two years while he was in Paris.”
“Bed was comfy and the room clean and felt safe, room no 1 is excellent for a double. Not at all a dodgy area, right next to a lovely cafe/bar on Place d'italia and right next to the buses. The staff were helpful, e.g. brought me a hairdryer when I needed, let me see and choose between 2 different rooms. Great experience.”

“Really nice staff. Some days before trip I wrote an email about getting direction from airport to there and it was perfectly answered. We reached the hotel at 10am and our room was ready. The reception is always available. Just 2 minutes walking to metro. Comfortable bed!”
