“Very good location, close to Sapporo station and Odori”
“Location was handy to the station and to the location of the snow festival. Room was spotlessly clean.”
“Location was great. We also used the laundry facilities which were helpful for a long stay. Gift shop was great. It had many local souviners and foods. There was also a kuroneko person there to help us send our luggage to Tokyo. Not sure if they're only there during the snow festival. Staff helped us flag a taxi down on our last day there to go to the train station at 5:45am!”

“最上階（13階）でリニューアル完了間もない部屋で清潔感があり広さもほどほどで良好でした。 駐車場も地下平面駐車で出入りが何度でも自由であり大変使いやすかった。 ロケーション的にも札幌駅、大通公園、旧道庁等が徒歩圏内であり夜の散策も楽しめた。”
