“At first they gave me a room with a very unpleasant smell and very dark. When I asked to be changed, they gave a room much smaller and also dark, Onley the terrible smell was missing. On my se4cond claim they finally gave a nice room, big and with a view. But I had to loose a lot of precious time in New York, between making claims and changing rooms. All this took some of the charm of being in New York. Not good at all.”

“Some staff were very helpful, others not interested, charged twice for accommodation aust dollars $1759.00 Manager was not impressed made me feel like I had made the error, he had to send a fax to my bank to reverse one of the payments and did not contact me till 9pm and tried to tell me they cannot send International Fax's. I find this a little hard to comprehend he phoned back at 9:30 pm and told me he had sent it. When I checked with the bank the following morning they had not received it, I spoke to the night manager who phoned me back 1/2hr later and informed me that she had sent it and the bank had received this. couple of hrs later this was reversed she said she would leave a note for the day Manager Zac to follow up with me, he did not bother. I would not use the Marriott Hotels again.”
