“Everything was clean and smelled clean. The complimentary breakfast was really good. What really made our stay memorable was that I had originally booked with Finger Lakes Hotel 2 months ahead. They called to say they overbooked 1 week before my arrival. There was nothing left that was available in the area. We were going to a concert on Canandaigua that night and Finger Lakes Hotel offered a shuttle to the venue which was my selling point. When we arrived at Newark Garden, we were kindly greeted and promptly checked into our room. We searched out an Uber to take us to our concert with no luck. After trying and trying, the owner of the hotel graciously offered to drive us himself, which was an hour drive for him there and back. Such an amazing man. So kind! Thank you!!!!”
