“I had called ahead to make sure the room was reserved and ready for me, and Nour assisted me. She was great. She made sure my requests were handled, and was extremely patient when I had arrived. We were meeting with friends for the weekend, and when we got into our rooms I requested champagne glasses/tumblers to be sent to their room, and they arrived before I could get there. Their service was awesome. The wait staff, at dinner, were very attentive, and they make the best drinks at the lobby's Vista bar. The next morning, at breakfast, their chefs were fantastic. They made the best pancakes, and omelettes. Definitely choose the "breakfast included" option!!”

“We were given a suite on a high floor. Very spacious with a comfy lunch in front of a big TV. Bath room was well lit but I'd have preferred a bigger countertop but certainly not a deal breaker. Speedy check in and check out.”
