“Lovely room, very spacious, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable.”
“Very helpful and welcoming staff. Particularly Diogo on the reception was very helpful and professional. Room size was good, bed very comfortable and bathroom awesome. I even found massage pillow in the room - excellent. Breakfast was very good buffet. Location is quite convenient: 10 minutes walk to any of 3 metro stations around or 20 minutes walk to downtown. If you have luggage and go by metro I suggest Picoas station - fewer ups and downs comparing to other 2 stations. Also try their Viva restaurant for a lunch or dinner (I had both) - excellent food, wine and service at reasonable price.”

“Good comfy bed with comfy mattress. There was a lower pillow in the dresser, which is a huge treat for my sore neck. Dining area is right near the reception. There was no problem getting in the hotel at midnight – the doors were not locked as it usually is. The curtains let you block all the incoming light. It's quite silent here, I had a very good sleep. Varieuty of soft drinks in minibar. Nice design.”
