“Have stayed here on many a visit to Nairobi hotel greatly improved in last 2/3 years - it was always nice with friendly staff but now it's even better & the staff are all excellent - friendly helpful chatty plus a bonus this time was being welcomed back by staff who remembered me from my last visit - felt I was amongst friends rather than just being a guest in a certain room. Had a suite this time & it was great. Hotel is worth 10 out of 10 in my view 😀”
