“Bed was semi comfortable, room was small, but it is New York and we were just there to sleep so no big deal. Staff was friendly and parking was right next door and got a discount when staying at this hotel which was a plus. It is located literally 1/2 block from Times Square and subway which made this hotel an excellent location to everything.”

“Brilliant location, the room I had was quiet (don't know if all rooms are that quiet, it is too close to Times Square, and any rooms facing the street would not be good). I forgot some items in the room safe and travelled aboard before remembering them, the staff found them, kept them safe and assist me until one of my friends collected them, it took me some effort to reach them by phone/email, but after that they were super helpful. I had some mess-up in the payment process but they were also super helpful to solve it. There were no ice in the hotel as the restaurant is under renovation, but they offered me a small fridge for free. The lobby have this awesome fish tanks, I love them”
