“My boyfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel 377 House last week. The staff were very accommodating in every aspect. I had rented a pocket wifi for my trip and had it shipped to the hotel the day prior to my arrival, and they kept it safe for me. I had requested a particular room with a balcony view, and while they couldn't guarantee I would get it, they did accommodate my request. We stayed in a deluxe room and it was spacious and clean with a beautiful balcony view of the canal. The facilities were both cozy and modern. The toiletries provided were delicious smelling from Rituals. Every morning we had a filling and yummy breakfast made to order, consisting of eggs, pancakes, and poffertjes. The location is both close to everything, while still quiet enough to be peaceful at night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Amsterdam. ”

“However the location of the Hotel is great, very close to Holland Casino and Vondelpark, there were two desk clerk in the hotel, one, working in the morning did not help us at all. She is not a problem solver. The room and its view is also great but in my opinion, the room does not deserve that such amount of money. Hotel is expensive in comparison to what you get.”
