I slept really well, had a good breakfast the next day and then immediately took the shuttle bus back to Departures. I found the staff efficient and helpful, but I had no problems to be dealt with or issues as I basically just arrived and slept. It was exactly the stay I had hoped for.”

“Location, convenient and safety are the key points for me to stay here. It was very convenient to take the airport link to downtown. I had early flight at around 07:00, so it was perfect to wake up at 04:00-04:15 and just had few minutes walk to check in at 04:45 or 05:00AM. The room was clean, quiet, nice set up and comfortable. Staff were very professional and friendly. I will choose to stay here again on my next Bangkok trip but will stay longer next time.”
