“What an excellent well run hotel with fast and friendly staff, free car parking and a delicious breakfast. The wifi is free with no need to create an account; just connect and go. The site is easy to get to with NO awkward roads or turns. While I had to leave early for work the staff took care of our luggage and then helped my (non European) wife and children get safely to the Trafford shopping centre in Stretford. Big personal thank you from me.”

“Our 2 children slept on the sofa bed that was already made up when we arrived. They said that they were comfortable when they went to sleep and they were comfortable when they woke up. Our bed was very comfortable too. Hairdryer was a good one, so no need to pack one if visiting this hotel. The lobby was really pleasant to sit in and the staff were very friendly and attentive.”
