“The staff was extremely helpful. The airlines lost our luggage on arrival to Phuket and the manager Sandra helped us tremendously, she tirelessly followed up with the flights for 5 hours and made sure the luggage reached us finally after 3 days. Other reception staff Nan and other girls also tried to follow up a lot for us, since we weren't able to follow up due to language, local phones etc. Sandra even tried to arrange for some clothes for us. Very grateful for them. So glad we chose this resort. It's got a fantastic pool, it's an excellent place for kids and the beach is just across the road. The beach is very clean, stunning views and not crowded at all. Highly recommended Novotel Resort”

This hotel has plenty for children to do and goes above and beyond to cater to families and keep everyone entertained. The rooms are neat, spacious and clean. There is a very warm atmosphere and the staff try extremely hard to attend to every need (even when they are dealing with difficult patrons).”
