“To begin with when I checked in they. Had overbooked so after waiting an hour I was sent to Novohotel Al Bharsha again it took me another hour to get to my room.bynow it was 0400. I had to return to Business Suites Novotel the next day andcheck in again finally got to room at 1400. The room was faded and looked old. There were no comfortable chairs to sit only uncomfortable bed settees.during the night I was bitten by mosquitos or bed bugs not sure which. When I complained nobody did anything. To compensate me for inconvenience at check in. the hotel offered 2 free dinners and complimentary breakfast.”
