Staff is very professional. Check-in and out are speedy and professional. Tea and coffee in the room are free (not water). It is located in a rather popular area, with many Doners etc., and close to the Hansa Platz: on the one hand - a place where you find many homeless people and refugees, but on the other hand, where you can find excellent genuine Indian food or other for a few Euros. Not frightening or dangerous anyway, at least before late night.”
