“I stayed for one night only and did a last minute booking. The staff was more than helpful and had no problem being accommodated, even though it was a Monday night (most places are closed on a Monday). The hotel as a whole is a bit outdated and needs at least some refreshing. It was clean as such, yet not the most comfortable furniture I've seen. I found it funny how the bathroom was nearly as big as the room, but it was quite spacious and everything worked ok. The breakfast was good by Italian hotel standards, with a selection of sweet and salty food, yet you'd be better off eating in a cafe outside, as in many other hotels in Piemonte. The best aspect of my stay was the staff, who were all very nice and very helpful. Overall it's a good hotel if you're not looking for extra comfort.”
