“Staff is good, for visa purpose location is also good but the cleanliness was very bad. Mosquitoes in the rooms, smell, uncleaned beds and pillows to make things worst they gave us a room on the fifth floor and it had an iron sheet room. Because of rain, it became possible to stay in the room and we were praying to god, please don't pour in the night. Breakfast is yukkk, the seating area is so dirty that you would feel you are near sewage. Fungus on the chairs and disgusting kitchen area.”

“Very courteous staff. Made sure the guests arriving from different parts of the country at different times were all welcomed courteously and with minimum hassle. No fuss about check-in procedures and flexible with the room types we needed. Very good restaurant available on site serving tasty vegetarian food. The location too is extremely convenient and boasts of multiple shopping and eating facilities in the vicinity. Very good connectivity from Secunderabad Rly station as well as JBS.”
