- Guests arriving outside reception opening hours (07:00 until 20:00) must inform the hotel at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that the credit card presented on check-in must be in the same name as the guest on the booking confirmation.<br><br>Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card.<br><br>Please note that this hotel requires an AUD$75 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges.<br><br>There is a free shuttle service to and from central Queenstown, running between 9:00-11:00 and 16:00-21:00.<br><br>Please note that all rooms receive basic servicing daily, including rubbish removal, replacing tea towels, replenishing tea, coffee, sugar and milk, replenishing dishwashing powder and laundry powder, making beds with existing linen, replacing towels, bath mat and hand towel and replacing of amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tissues). If you require additional servicing, you can arrange this with the reception desk at an additional cost. “We booked two studio rooms but they were located far apart. One room bearly had any views and was at least 1/3 smaller than the other studio room. The smaller room also didn't have a microwave but the larger one did. We paid nearly $300 NZD for one room and the smaller room wasn't value for money at all. Will not recommend to friends to book the studio room. The resort did have a nice view if you walk to the lakefront.”
