“We found the hotel to be extremly clean. Staff were incredible attentive. We would definately stay here again. We had booked it for a race weekend at Kempton Race course and it was ideal just for that. Not too far to go in the taxi to the course.”

“I had a nice room, but a few things that need to be addressed, but I had a word with the staff at reception, so he was apologetic, so enough said. I have known the OPH all my life, so it has always been thought very highly of, but because we lived down the road it was not necessary to stay there, but now when I come up from the West Country, I prefer to stay there. Needs one of the staff to stay in rooms for a night, as my radiator kept waking me up with the noise, but I would still stay there every time, for old times sake. Thank you Valerie Rushmere”
