“The facilities, the swiming pool and the experience of comfort the place gives you. They pool they call "passive" swiming pool is very nice, it is closed to the main buildings, you can rest, read a book or simply stay in the water feeling nice the whole day The beach is clean, well attended and, for those who know Cartagena's main beach, completely free of street vendors of any kind. The food was overall, really good. The drinks are usually well prepared but sometimes the fall short on cups in the main bar.”

“I loved the hotel's location is remote so the family time is the best to enjoy time at the pool and beach. The beach was great and the pool as well. The staff was attentive and pleasant. You have different types of cuisine from 4 restaurants. The food is very good. The shuttle to the city is very convenient but had to get a taxi back and it was expensive. The last shuttle is 12:30 AM. Great hotel when traveling with kids The entertainment is nice I like they have station with photographers that will take your pictures for a session, but it can get pricey.”
